Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL)

The Electricity Business Plan (RUPTL) is a strategic document jointly prepared by PT PLN (Persero) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as the primary guideline for the development of the national electricity sector over a ten-year period. Pursuant to Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 188.K/TL.03/MEM.L/2025 concerning the Endorsement of the Electricity Supply Business Plan of PT PLN (Persero) for the Year 2025–2034, this document places emphasis on the energy transition towards more environmentally friendly sources, the acceleration of new and renewable energy utilization, and the strengthening of the national electricity system to ensure a reliable, equitable, and sustainable electricity supply. Through the 2025–2034 RUPTL, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and PT PLN (Persero) reaffirm their commitment to fulfilling public electricity demand, supporting industrial growth, and accelerating the achievement of national decarbonization targets and sustainable development.
